This website is operated by Masizo Development LLC, a licensed general contracting and restoration firm based in Gilbert, Arizona, holding Arizona general contractor license AZ ROC #336058, Arizona restoration license AZ ROC #347030, and California contractor license CA LIC #1107781. We build custom homes, remodel kitchens, bathrooms, and whole homes, construct ADUs and room additions, install and repair roofing, and provide emergency water, fire, and mold restoration.

Masizo Development LLC operates a text-messaging program for clients and prospective clients. These are its complete terms:

• Opt-in. You join by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — through our website form, by phone, or in person. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
• What we send. Messages about your inquiry, project updates, consultation scheduling and confirmations, and restoration service alerts.
• Frequency. Varies depending on your project's status.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We don't charge for the program itself.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message. You'll receive a single confirmation text acknowledging your opt-out, after which we'll send no further messages unless you opt in again.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact office@masizodevelopment.com or (602) 909-7630.
• Eligibility. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
• Privacy. We do not share your mobile number, opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Wireless carriers (including T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and network availability.

Content on this site — including articles and guides about construction, remodeling, restoration, and Arizona building law — is general information, not legal, financial, engineering, or other professional advice. Statutes, ordinances, and site conditions vary and change.
