Privacy Policy

We collect what you give us (your name, contact details, and project information) plus standard website analytics. We use it to respond to you, run your project, and understand how the site is used. We don't sell it, and we never share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with anyone for marketing.

Information you provide. When you call, text, email, or submit our contact form, we receive what you send: typically your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you're interested in, and whatever you tell us about your project. As a job progresses, project records (estimates, scope notes, scheduling details, photos of the work) accumulate the same way.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived here. We use Google Analytics 4 for this; it sets cookies and collects usage data under Google's own privacy terms. If we later run advertising campaigns, a Google Ads tag or Meta (Facebook) pixel may also be active; when one is, it measures ad performance (for example, that a visit or form submission followed an ad click) and this policy covers it. You can limit cookies through your browser settings, and analytics works fine without identifying you personally to us — we see patterns, not names.

Our hosting provider. This site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) as part of delivering and securing the site.

We use the information above to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations and estimates;
• Provide and manage construction, remodeling, and restoration services — including project updates, scheduling, and invoicing;
• Answer questions, provide support, and act on feedback;
• Understand how the website performs so we can improve it; and
• Comply with legal, licensing, and insurance obligations.

When you submit our contact form, your submission is stored in a secure datastore operated by Cloudflare (Workers KV) so it can't be lost in transit, and a copy is emailed to our office through Resend, an email delivery service. Both act as service providers processing your information only to deliver your message to us.

If you provide your phone number — through our form, by calling, or in person — and agree to receive texts, Masizo Development LLC may send you text messages about your inquiry, project updates, consultation scheduling, and service alerts. Here is the whole deal, which also appears in our Terms and Conditions:

• Consent: Providing your number and opting in means you agree to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
• Frequency: Varies with your project's status.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, per your carrier plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop texting you (you'll receive one confirmation message).
• Help: Reply HELP or email office@masizodevelopment.com.
• Age: You must be 18 or older to opt in.
• No sharing: We do not share your mobile phone number, text-messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Ever.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above (analytics, hosting, datastore, and email delivery — each processing it to provide their service to us), with parties involved in your project when you ask us to (for example, your insurance company on a restoration claim), or when the law requires it.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, and we keep it only as long as we need it — to serve you, maintain required business and licensing records, and meet legal obligations. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise the impossible; we can promise we treat your information like we'd want ours treated.

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (subject to records we're legally required to keep). You can withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP, unsubscribe from any marketing email via its unsubscribe link, and limit analytics cookies in your browser. To exercise any of these, use the contact details below — we don't make you file paperwork to be forgotten.

If our practices change, we'll update this page and change the revision date at the top. Material changes will be flagged plainly rather than buried.
