Service Areas in the Phoenix Valley
Masizo Development is a Gilbert-based general contractor, and our working map is the one a Gilbert contractor can honestly serve: the East Valley around us, the Phoenix metro core, and the communities northeast of it — Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Fountain Hills, and Paradise Valley. We've built in Arizona for 28 years under state licenses (AZ ROC #336058, AZ ROC #347030, plus CA LIC #1107781 in California) that apply across every city below; what differs from one city to the next is the local permitting office, and navigating each one is part of what you hire us for. Every service we offer — custom homes, ADUs, remodeling, additions, roofing, restoration, and commercial work — is available throughout this footprint.
One honesty note before the list: we publish a dedicated page for a city only when we can show completed Masizo projects there, with real photos. Cities below without their own page aren't served any less — they're simply waiting on us to document the local work properly rather than fake it.

Cities We Serve
-
Gilbert
Home base. Our office is here, which makes Gilbert the shortest drive on our map for everything from a kitchen remodel to a 2 a.m. water emergency. Gilbert is also covered by Arizona's statewide ADU law — our ADU law guide explains what that opens up for single-family lots like the ones across town.
-
Mesa
One of the largest cities in Arizona, with housing that spans a century — which means Mesa work runs the whole menu, from updating mid-century and 1980s-era homes to additions and roofing on newer builds. Mesa is among the cities covered by the state ADU law (guide).
-
Chandler
Chandler's neighborhoods are dominated by subdivisions now reaching the age where original kitchens, baths, and roofs come due all at once — prime territory for remodels and whole-home updates. It's also an ADU-law-covered city (see the guide).
-
Queen Creek
Queen Creek brings us larger lots and land on the growing edge of the Valley, where a parcel may need a well, a septic system, or new utility runs before a custom home can rise on it. Evaluating exactly that is a standard part of our lot consultations out here.
-
San Tan Valley
San Tan Valley projects often run through county rather than city permitting, and rural-style utilities are common — a different paperwork path and site checklist than the incorporated East Valley, and one we work regularly. If you're buying land here, talk to us before you close.
-
Tempe
Tempe is essentially built out, so adding space means working with the lot you have: room additions, remodels of older housing stock, and ADUs — Tempe is covered by the state ADU law (guide), which makes a backyard unit one of the few ways to add a dwelling in a landlocked city.
-
Scottsdale
Scottsdale work carries a higher design bar, and we like that. Remodels and additions here need to meet the finish level of the surrounding home and neighborhood. Scottsdale is also an ADU-law-covered city (details in the guide).
-
Phoenix
The biggest market on our map and the widest range of housing eras — from historic-district bungalows to brand-new builds on the fringes. Phoenix is covered by the state ADU law (guide), and ADU and remodel demand here reflects it.
-
Fountain Hills
Northeast of Scottsdale, Fountain Hills means hillside lots, desert views, and homes where the site itself — slopes, access, drainage — shapes the project as much as the floor plan does. We bring the same crews and licensing up the Beeline as we do across the East Valley.
-
Paradise Valley
Paradise Valley is a town of large custom residences, and projects here are judged against that standard: quality of finish, discretion on site, and respect for architecture that was expensive to get right the first time.

Good to know
Service-area questions, answered.
Which cities does Masizo Development serve?
We're based in Gilbert and work across Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Fountain Hills, and Paradise Valley. That covers the East Valley, the Phoenix metro core, and the communities to the northeast. If you're near this footprint but not exactly inside it, call (602) 909-7630 and describe where the property is — the answer is a quick one either way.
Are you licensed in all of these cities?
Arizona contractor licensing is issued at the state level by the Registrar of Contractors, so our licenses — AZ ROC #336058 for general contracting and AZ ROC #347030 for restoration — apply everywhere we work in the state. What changes city to city is the permitting office: each municipality (or the county, for unincorporated areas) reviews and inspects its own projects, and we handle that local process as part of every job.
Why do some cities have their own detail pages and others don't?
We only publish a dedicated city page once we can show real, completed Masizo work in that city — photos of actual projects, not stock images or recycled text. Every city on this page gets the same crews, the same licenses, and the same phone number; the detail pages simply grow as our documented local work does.
Does the 24/7 restoration line cover all of these cities?
The emergency line, (602) 909-7630, is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the service area listed on this page. If you have active water, fire, or mold damage anywhere in our footprint, call first and we'll sort logistics on the phone — with damage underway, minutes matter more than geography questions.
